Responsibilities

• Medication management
• Working within national quality registers
• Supervision of nursing staff
• Responsibility for patient care and health plans
• Making decisions in acute situations
• Providing palliative care

Requirements

• Licensed nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Digital proficiency with healthcare systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private care services
• Experience in supervision and delegation
• Experience in starting up new operations
• Education in geriatrics or district nursing
