Six Sigma Consultant (Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities

• Drive a Six Sigma quality culture throughout the organization
• Collaborate with internal and stateside partners to lead strategic initiatives in claims capability, including AI/ML and process transformation
• Identify, lead, and complete process optimization opportunities in partnership with business and technology teams
• Execute data-driven, statistical problem-solving approaches, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting
• Define and manage appropriate metrics to gauge process performance through a structured reporting governance model
• Present project analysis and findings to key stakeholders to secure approval and funding
• Track and ensure process improvement goals are met and aligned with critical business objectives

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute
• 5+ years of total professional experience
• Proven exposure to a US Healthcare account
• Demonstrated experience in project management and change management
• Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification from a recognized body
