Site Technician – Soils and Materials

Responsibilities

• Intervene on various construction sites in close collaboration with project managers
• Perform sampling of granular materials, concrete, asphalt, topsoil, and other related materials
• Execute material control tests on-site following current standards and procedures
• Provide relevant recommendations to ensure work quality and client satisfaction
• Write site logs and daily reports
• Assist project managers in monitoring mandates

Requirements

• DEC, AEC, or relevant experience in civil engineering
• Relevant experience in qualitative control of soils and materials
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• ASP Construction card
• ACI certification is an asset
• Team spirit and ability to work in challenging environments
