Site Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation of air separation plants in Sandviken and Hofors
• Optimize processes with a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvements and plan/execute preventive maintenance
• Develop and update work instructions
• Coordinate and lead hired resources when necessary
• Perform a combination of administrative, practical, and analytical work both on-site and in planning

Requirements

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in the process industry
• Practical mindset with ability to work both on-site and with planning/follow-up
• Structured and analytical approach with a strong focus on safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
• Clear communication skills in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement or process development
