Site Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the technical training strategy and the BOE Technical Training pillar at the manufacturing site.
• Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions covering both theoretical and practical manufacturing concepts.
• Oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program by mentoring OJT trainers and verifying training effectiveness.
• Conduct competency assessments and technical qualifications to identify and address skill gaps.
• Manage training records and assignments using the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance via the Electronic Document Management System (eDMS).
• Partner with site leadership and SMEs to develop and update plant-specific work instructions and training content.
• Track training metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly on a manufacturing production floor (e.g., technician, operator, or mechanic).
• Proven capability in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Solid working knowledge of production equipment.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training management.
• Familiarity with electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) for documentation and compliance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a manufacturing setting.
