Site Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the technical training strategy and the BOE Technical Training pillar at the manufacturing site.
• Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions covering both theoretical and practical manufacturing concepts.
• Oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program by mentoring and guiding OJT trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Conduct competency assessments, observations, and qualifications for employees on critical manufacturing tasks.
• Manage training assignments, completions, and records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Electronic Document Management System (eDMS).
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and validate plant-specific work instructions and training content.
• Track and report on training effectiveness and KPIs to site leadership and regional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working directly on a production floor in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating knowledge transfer to operators and technicians.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training management.
• Familiarity with electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) for documentation and compliance.
• Solid working knowledge of production equipment and the ability to master complex machinery.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
