Site Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite customer support for preventative and remedial maintenance services.
• Coordinate the planning and scheduling of Customer Engineers and Vendor Service Partners for maintenance, emergency services, and start-ups.
• Manage onsite operations including equipment, safety tools, inventory, and test equipment.
• Act as a primary interface for customers to ensure service satisfaction and relationship management.
• Oversee service execution to ensure on-time completion and contract compliance for thermal, power, and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain data integrity by managing master equipment lists and site activation/cancellation activities.
• Assist with parts management, including ordering, storage, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Support the sales team with technical and execution strategy to ensure accurate project quoting.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a support or coordination role.
• Proficient in MS Office and general office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
