Site Supply Chain & Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and logistics responsibilities at the Winona manufacturing site to support Composite Materials growth.
• Lead production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, and SMOG management.
• Oversee order management promise dates and escalation management within a 0-4 month horizon.
• Coordinate production scheduling decisions and cross-functional communication to maximize OTIF performance.
• Develop and manage site inventory plans to meet business requirements and working capital targets (DOH and SMOG).
• Act as a safety leader for the site and ensure the safety of all planning activities.
• Lead and develop a team of 5-7 direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong experience in change management and team leadership, including the ability to inspire and develop people.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP).
• MBA degree.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
