About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all supply chain site planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and procurement for the Orange and Borger, TX sites.
- Define, implement, and defend local supply chain plans, policies, and budgets in alignment with regional strategy.
- Manage the performance of external partners, including warehousing and tollers.
- Drive operational excellence and cost-saving projects to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production groups to improve planning and forecasting accuracy.
- Execute monthly cyclic count reports and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Lead and develop direct and indirect reports through performance measurement, feedback, and career mentorship.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety requirements and governmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
- 4+ years of management experience leading teams and direct reports.
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence change.
- Proven experience in planning, warehousing, and logistics.
