Site Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all supply chain site planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and procurement for the Orange and Borger, TX sites.
• Define, implement, and defend local supply chain plans, policies, and budgets in alignment with regional strategy.
• Manage the performance of external partners, including warehousing and tollers.
• Drive operational excellence and cost-saving projects to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production groups to improve planning and forecasting accuracy.
• Execute monthly cyclic count reports and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead and develop direct and indirect reports through performance measurement, feedback, and career mentorship.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety requirements and governmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
• 4+ years of management experience leading teams and direct reports.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence change.
• Proven experience in planning, warehousing, and logistics.
