Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate protection operations at the deployed site
• Monitor all systems and equipment in the control room
• Supervise security officers and ensure they are neat, tidy, and sober
• Post security officers at various points across the site
• Conduct building inspections during shifts and report irregularities
• Assist in investigations and provide necessary information
• Operate CCTV, access control, and other security systems
• Perform monthly audits, statistics, and weekly reports
• Manage emergency procedures and evacuation drills

Requirements

• PSIRA Grade A registration (up to date)
• Grade 12 certificate
• Driver's License Code 8
• Firearm Competency (Handgun) and Business Purposes (Handgun)
• Qualification in CCTV/Alarm systems
• Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, or control room environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in good physical condition
• No criminal record
• Reside in or around Houtbay or have reliable transport

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in VIP Security
• Experience working at a residential site
