Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site production in compliance with technical, occupational health, and environmental regulations
• Perform, document, and monitor measurement, inspection, and setting-out tasks based on available plans
• Contribute to site organization and ensure execution follows the construction organization plan
• Coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, machinery, and transport
• Define and coordinate the quality and timing of both internal and subcontractor performances
• Maintain up-to-date construction documentation in accordance with legal and internal regulations
• Assist in preparing measurement logs for submission to the client

Requirements

• Degree in road construction technology or civil engineering
• Relevant experience in a similar role (motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome)
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Proficient computer literacy
• Ability to work on-site in Győr-Moson-Sopron or Vas counties

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and/or German
• Valid FMV driver's license
