Site Supervisor Rivers and Dikes

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and a good atmosphere on the construction site
• Supervise skilled workers and support their professional growth
• Organize the construction site efficiently and translate project planning into detailed schedules
• Report daily and weekly progress to the head supervisor and project manager
• Coordinate with the work preparation team to complete project documentation
• Monitor planning and ensure necessary resources are available on time

Requirements

• MBO or HBO education level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field execution, preparation, planning, or coordination
• Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between site and office
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate upcoming project phases
