Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel across multiple properties and ensure all posts are properly staffed
• Conduct routine patrols and site inspections to verify officer performance and property security
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and guidance to security officers
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and disturbances
• Maintain detailed incident documentation and daily activity reports
• Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of security experience, preferably in Class A or commercial real estate
• Previous supervisory or lead officer experience
• Proficient in report writing and basic computer systems (CCTV, access control)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED, Workplace Violence, and Active Shooter certifications within 10 days of hire
• Ability to pass background, fingerprint, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-building or campus-style properties
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Military or law enforcement background
