Site Supervisor - Large Scale Earthmoving

Responsibilities

• Translate project planning into detailed schedules and choose appropriate working methods
• Organize the construction site efficiently and ensure a safe working environment
• Lead and motivate a team of specialists and subcontractors
• Report daily and weekly on project progress and signal deviations
• Coordinate with the preparation team to ensure complete project documentation
• Manage the deployment of people and machinery effectively

Requirements

• Minimum MBO education level
• At least 4 years of experience as a site supervisor, preferably in earthmoving
• Knowledge of earthmoving equipment or strong motivation to learn
• Experience in leading and motivating colleagues
• Valid driver's license for travel to project locations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take responsibility
