Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to Housing Navigators.
• Oversee daily housing navigation activities, including housing search, landlord engagement, and move-in coordination.
• Coordinate with Cardea Health and on-site partners to ensure integrated service delivery and smooth site operations.
• Monitor site-level performance metrics related to housing placements and documentation quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely HMIS data entry and maintenance of electronic case files.
• Facilitate case conferencing and team meetings to address participant barriers and problem-solving.
• Maintain strong working relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and community partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred).
• 1 year of experience providing direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, or substance abuse issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Valid California driver license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and provide effective crisis intervention in stressful situations.
• Ability to pass criminal records clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, or housing support.
• Experience using the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
• Certification in CPR/First Aid.
