Site Supervisor Coast & Sea Ports

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and a good atmosphere on the work floor
• Supervise skilled workers and support their professional growth
• Organize the construction site efficiently and translate project planning into detailed schedules
• Report daily and weekly to the chief supervisor and project manager regarding progress
• Coordinate with the work preparation team to complete delivery files
• Monitor planning and ensure necessary resources are available on time

Requirements

• MBO or HBO education level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field execution, preparation, planning, or coordination
• Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with office colleagues
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently
