Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities within your allocated work zone
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Drive site safety and compliance to support a strong safety culture
• Lead subcontractors and trades to maintain project programme and sequencing
• Maintain accurate site documentation and track progress against key milestones

Requirements

• Trade background with experience in commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site delivery practices
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Construction Management qualification or similar (desirable)
