Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
• Oversee day-to-day transportation, warehouse operations, and service execution through direct leadership
• Manage driver and warehouse staffing, including training, scheduling, and retention efforts
• Plan, organize, and control all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and loading
• Own site-level KPIs such as on-time delivery, safety scores, fuel efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost per mile
• Oversee fleet operations, routing efficiency, and planned maintenance for vehicles and equipment
• Maintain strong inventory controls to minimize errors, loss, and service failures
• Partner with internal departments to resolve escalations and improve service reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing or transportation
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, fleet operations, and warehouse processes
• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
