Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees and agency staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure resources are used effectively and performance targets are met
• Maintain Health & Safety and environmental standards
• Work closely with clients, customers, regulators, and the public
• Coordinate site maintenance
• Support budget preparation and monitor monthly performance metrics

Requirements

• IOSH Managing Safety or equivalent qualification
• WAMITAB COTC Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
• Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of waste industry legislation and processes
• Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
• Availability for emergency call-outs
