Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Construction Operatives
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly works including labour, materials, and plant
• Act as on-site supervisor and perform NRSWA operative duties as needed
• Carry out site surveys, checks, and completion inspections
• Lead on Health and Safety including RAMS, permits, and audits
• Oversee routine vehicle, plant, and equipment checks
• Manage stock and materials to improve efficiency
• Support budgeting by tracking costs and keeping accurate records

Requirements

• Strong on-site construction experience
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams on live sites
• Significant experience in street works, highways, civils, or utilities
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
• Knowledge of CDM 2015, NRSWA, H&S, LOLER, and highway regulations
• Ability to read drawings and complete risk assessments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools
• Full UK driving licence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Out of Home advertising or telecoms
• Depot or logistics operations experience
• Additional H&S training such as IOSH or SSSTS
• Class 2 HGV licence
