Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control work to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress against project targets
• Devise work schedules and implement tasks to meet key milestones and deadlines
• Support Site Managers in planning to prevent conflicts between different work streams
• Conduct regular worksite inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure adherence to standards
• Advise and supervise directly employed staff, subcontractors, and customers regarding installation
• Manage the delivery and handling of required goods and materials
• Prepare detailed site reports and attend site management meetings

Requirements

• Completed technical education (Apprenticeship as metal worker or graduate of a higher technical college)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional site supervision experience in international plant construction
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and basic application skills in MS Project
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel internationally and high cultural understanding
• Knowledge of welding processes
