Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for on-site HSE, including timely reporting and planning
• Manage site erection for projects and oversee installation schedules for equipment and dynamic control
• Act as a site advisor, supervising erection companies to ensure compliance with technical requirements
• Prepare and manage weekly reports, daily logs, deviation reports, and completion certificates
• Communicate effectively with project managers and customers
• Lead weekly meetings with customers and installation companies regarding erection progress
• Inspect work and ensure all activities align with technical drawings
• Perform on-site measurements using gradient, theodolite, and laser alignment devices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant mechanical background
• At least 5 years of experience in chemical pulp (WP, Digestor, WSB) or alkali recovery (EVA, RB, WLP) installation
• Proven experience with pressure reaction vessels or power boiler installation
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, WPS, and installation standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project)
• Fluent written and spoken English for communication with international teams
• Strong teamwork and customer communication skills
