Site Supervisor

About the Company

AMODA specializes in prefabricated, modular spaces, primarily serving B2B clients. We help businesses build retail, hospitality, and service provider locations quickly and efficiently, aiming to make construction projects stress-free and predictable.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end after-sales and warranty requests from site surveys to work completion
• Assess customer requests for warranty coverage versus additional work
• Prepare cost estimates, work permits, manpower, tools, and materials for maintenance
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule work and provide updates
• Supervise site workers to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality standards
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and project completion
• Ensure compliance with Safety Management System (SMS), 5S, and company procedures
• Maintain maintenance records and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, maintenance, after-sales, or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership, communication, integrity, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of civil works, basic electrical systems, furniture installation, and material handling
• Knowledge of construction materials, work equipment, and maintenance processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang or travel for site visits
