Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Biometrics Technicians and Receptionists
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Applicant Support Center, including administration, logistics, facility maintenance, and security
• Oversee and monitor all biometrics capture and IDP processes
• Manage staff scheduling to maximize center capacity
• Prepare and submit accurate reports, including production reports, timesheets, and inventory records
• Conduct training for new personnel using Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide leadership, guidance, and career development assistance to employees
• Maintain supply levels and manage costs for efficient operations
• Perform administrative, receptionist, or biometrics functions as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• US Citizenship (required for facility credentials/authorization)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, or call center environments
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or 1 year of experience at an Applicant Support Center
• Ability to stand or walk for 70-75% of each shift while performing repetitive motions
• Ability to successfully complete all required training upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License for potential mobile route requirements
