Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training of personnel
• Ensure contract compliance and quality of service through regular inspections of security personnel
• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, incident report reviews, and preparation of post orders
• Provide direction, instruction, and disciplinary actions or commendations for subordinates
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications according to site protocols
• Make recommendations for productivity improvements, cost reductions, and physical security surveys

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed)
• Ability to pass state-required training and licensing qualifications
• One of the following: active-duty military/reserves/National Guard, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadet experience, or one year of verifiable security supervisory experience
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and console monitors
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict mediation skills

• Meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer
