Site Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily presence on sites as the primary point of contact for development activities
• Establish site security, safety, and logistics plans for the entire development lifecycle
• Work with contractors to implement safety and quality plans in accordance with local regulations
• Conduct weekly safety audits and lead emergency or incident response teams
• Manage construction projects including demolition, grading, roadways, stormwater, and utilities
• Perform constructability reviews for infrastructure projects during preconstruction
• Develop comprehensive project plans and report on scope, schedule, budget, and progress
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction to obtain permits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree)
• 10+ years of civil/site construction experience, including heavy hauling, blasting, and utility installation
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Proficiency in P6, MS Suite, Bluebeam, and Autodesk
• Deep knowledge of grading, utilities, paving, and stormwater infrastructure
• Experience managing commercial or industrial land development projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center, utility, or telecommunications environments
• CPR/First Aid certification
• MSHA Certifications
