Site Superintendent - Roads and Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities related to roads, infrastructure, wet utilities, and pipeline projects
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate daily site operations, including manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
• Oversee installation of water pipelines, sewer networks, drainage systems, and utility corridors
• Liaise with authorities such as SEWA, DEWA, and EtihadWE to secure approvals and facilitate execution
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements
• Ensure strict compliance with all HSE regulations and company quality requirements
• Lead and mentor site teams, supervisors, and foremen to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role on mid- to large-scale projects within the UAE
• Proven background in roads and infrastructure construction
• Extensive expertise in wet utilities, pipeline installations, and drainage networks
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with UAE authorities (SEWA, DEWA, EtihadWE, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, IFC plans, and technical specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be available to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred
• Experience managing multiple work fronts and large site teams
• Strong existing network and working knowledge of local authority procedures
