About the Company

Patriot Erectors is a full-service, AISC Certified Steel Fabricator and AISC Advanced Steel Erector. Founded in 1991, the company is located just west of Austin, Texas, with a modern 60,000-square-foot fabrication facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all on-site steel erection activities to ensure safe and timely project completion
• Supervise ironworkers, riggers, crane operators, and subcontractors
• Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies, OSHA standards, and project-specific safety requirements
• Monitor and maintain project schedules and coordinate with project managers
• Conduct daily safety meetings, job site inspections, and quality control checks
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans
• Collaborate with fabrication teams to address field-fit issues
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and other trades to resolve field issues
• Manage delivery and staging of materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate daily reports, time sheets, safety documentation, and field logs
• Ensure field operations comply with AISC certification standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in steel erection or construction supervision
• Proven experience supervising ironworkers and managing site operations
• Ability to interpret and implement erection plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to travel as needed
