Site Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure production teams are fully trained and oriented on project goals
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value
• Facilitate communication between the office, design team, and field operations
• Maintain accurate schedules and budgets and provide updates to Senior Project Manager
• Develop and manage detailed critical path schedules

Requirements

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in the Philadelphia metro area
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Project, and Outlook
• Experience with medical, multifamily residential, or hospitality construction
• Ability to manage RFIs, Change Orders, daily logs, and cost controls
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Local to the Philadelphia area (within one hour of King of Prussia)
• Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Procore and OnScreen Takeoff
• OSHA certification
