Site Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services including cafeteria, transportation, cleaning, and waste management
• Act as the single point of coordination for all outsourced IFM and service providers
• Monitor service delivery against contractual SLAs, safety standards, and company policies
• Oversee daily cafeteria operations, food quality, hygiene, and equipment maintenance
• Manage maintenance for building systems, pest control, janitorial services, and landscaping
• Manage service contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with IMS, RBA, food safety, environmental, and EHS standards
• Provide 24/7 standby support for critical facility issues and lead response during major site incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science & Technology, Facilities Management, or Hospitality Management
• Relevant operational experience in facilities or hospitality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Competency in using facility management software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and drive performance compliance
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Handling or Food Safety Certificate
• Facilities Management or Safety-related training
