Site Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Manage shipping and receiving, including verifying inventory and entering data into computer systems
• Oversee facilities to ensure the building is safe, functional, and operationally ready
• Handle internal delivery of supplies, equipment, and mail
• Identify and resolve safety issues such as damaged walkways or carpets
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and facilities vendors to support seamless operations
• Perform snow removal and other general maintenance as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Ability to lift packages and boxes up to 50 pounds
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to various Reliant sites
• Proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous facility experience within the healthcare industry
• Experience handling biohazard waste
