Site Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage expense budget planning, spending control, and site services including canteen, uniforms, lockers, postal, and janitorial services.
• Manage transportation services, including reviewing vehicle utilization and optimizing transportation routes.
• Oversee site service suppliers and workplace improvement vendors, including scope of work preparation for bidding and contract reviews.
• Monitor and update service requirements based on headcount forecasts to ensure on-time delivery for all employees and visitors.
• Ensure all site service activities and workplace improvements comply with company procedures, safety standards, RBA, IMS, BCMS, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings with transportation and canteen committees, EHS, and other related parties to provide program updates.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction scores and meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, HR, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in site services management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong command of both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in service field management, such as Logistics, Transportation, Canteen, or Janitorial services.
• Proven expertise in budget planning, spending control, and cost management.
