Site Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage expense budget planning, spending control, and site services including canteen, uniform, locker, postal, and janitorial services.
• Manage transportation services, including reviewing vehicle utilization and optimizing transportation routes.
• Oversee workplace improvement projects and manage site service suppliers, including scope of work preparation for bidding and contract review.
• Coordinate service requirements (headcount and materials) based on master schedule forecasts to support employees and visitors.
• Ensure all site service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, RBA, IMS, BCMS, and Thai regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings with transportation, canteen committees, and EHS teams to provide program updates.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, HR, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in site services management.
• Proven experience working within industrial or manufacturing facility environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong command of both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in service field management (Logistics, Transportation, Canteen, or Janitorial services).
• Demonstrated expertise in budget planning, spending control, and cost management.
