Site Selection Program Manager

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them to support the rapid expansion of frontier AI models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global database tracking colocation facilities and powered land sites
• Run monthly check-ins with data center partners worldwide to maintain site records
• Own data integrity by designing verification workflows and quality controls
• Automate data collection and update processes using spreadsheets or equivalent tools
• Present global power capacity, site delivery timelines, and market trends to customers and partners

Requirements

• Experience building and owning structured databases or tracking systems used for decision-making
• Advanced spreadsheet skills including macros or scripts for process automation
• Proven ability to implement data error checks and quality control systems
• Experience managing ongoing relationships with a large number of external counterparties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with colocation or powered land markets
• Exposure to power infrastructure or utility delivery processes
• Experience with large-scale vendor or partner databases in supply chain or infrastructure contexts
