Site Security Manager (SSM) - NCR (DIA)

Responsibilities

• Draft Construction Security Plans (CSP) in accordance with DoDM 5105.21 v3 and ICS/ICD 705.
• Outline threat and risk mitigation strategies for multiple sites within the National Capital Region (NCR).
• Perform design reviews to ensure all plans meet SCIF/SAPF accreditation requirements.
• Conduct initial and subsequent risk assessments as directed by the AO/SSO.
• Implement and oversee site access controls and security procedures.
• Coordinate SSM staff resources and develop SOPs for on-site security and surveillance.
• Maintain CST and CAG documentation records for final accreditation packages.
• Oversee STC and IEEE-299 testing in support of approved CSPs.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and a current CI Polygraph (or willingness to undergo one).
• 6+ years of security experience in SCIF construction, Intelligence Operations, or Physical Security.
• 3+ years of direct experience with ICD-705 construction projects or as a Physical Security SSO.
• Valid certificate for completion of a 32-hour or greater SSM Training Course.
• Valid certificate for completion of a 40-hour or greater CST Training Course.
• Bachelor's degree in a security or intelligence field, or 10+ years of equivalent physical security experience.
• Ability to travel 10-25% and work at multiple sites within the NCR.
