Site Section Engineer Electrical Construction

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical erection contractors to ensure project objectives, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Verify that electrical installations meet technical specifications and contractual requirements through regular inspections.
• Provide technical supervision for systems including cable trays, switchgear, transformers, earthing, and instrumentation.
• Manage interfaces between contractors, engineering teams, and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for compliance with site regulations.

Requirements

• Electrical education or technical background.
• Extensive experience in installing electrical systems on large industrial construction sites.
• Strong technical expertise in power plant construction.
• Willingness to live and work abroad for extended periods (6 to 18 months per project).
• Fluent English in both written and spoken form.
• Valid passport and driving license.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• International experience in power plant or industrial construction.
• German language skills.
