Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
• Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Oversee high-risk activities such as working at heights and confined spaces
• Maintain safety documentation, permits-to-work, and compliance records
• Support emergency response planning and drills

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001)
• Yellow Book Certification
