Site Reliability Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service teams to define and maintain SLOs and SLIs
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Document technical solutions and support integration across internal platforms
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to improve system reliability
• Support observability practices including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Optimise deployment workflows and operational processes through automation
• Support the maintenance and evolution of cloud-based environments

Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure engineering, automation, and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of GitLab and GitLab CI/CD
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with Terraform, IaC, and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
• Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering tools
