Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.
• Support the development of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, including model versioning and automated testing.
• Monitor production ML model performance, detect data drift, and track system health using logging and alerting solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to operationalize complex models and ensure system reliability and scale.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a DevOps, MLOps, or systems engineering environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Direct experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and ecosystem services (e.g., Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in Python or scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Foundational understanding of Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, and Git version control.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps principles and the end-to-end machine learning model lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or DVC.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of model serving frameworks such as TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or ONNX Runtime.
• Experience with cross-platform (Windows/Linux) command-line administration.
