Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform
• Deploy feature and maintenance releases
• Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability
• Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues
• Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD)
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell)
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation
• Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices
• Fluent in English
