Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize highly complex platforms including Kubernetes, KubeVirt, Cilium, Ceph, and Talos
• Maintain infrastructure with a focus on end-to-end stability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Metrics, Logs, Traces)
• Implement synthetic monitoring and trace tests to validate critical service functionality
• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
• Reduce toil through automation and code
• Document work using Markdown

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Science or a related field
• Initial experience with Kubernetes and virtualization
• Solid software development skills in Golang, Python, or a comparable systems language
• Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly
• Passion for operational excellence and automation
