Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain the reliability and performance of large-scale fintech infrastructure
• Implement best practices and IT operations to ensure high availability
• Participate actively in the on-call rotation schedule
• Utilize open source technologies and cloud services to manage services

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Linux/Unix administration
• Proficiency in computer networking, including IP, iptables, and IPsec
• Experience working with MySQL databases
• Coding and scripting skills in Perl, Python, or Golang
• Experience with automation and configuration management using SaltStack
• Hands-on experience with private cloud environments
• Effective communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing cloud services on Linux using KVM/QEMU
• Familiarity with container orchestration technology
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically Aerospike
• Understanding of Galera cluster operations
• Experience with MariaDB or Percona
• Experience with data center related activities
