Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, monitor, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure for a variety of DLTs to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborate with product and platform engineers to proactively address reliability, scalability, and observability
• Develop scalable infrastructure using code, with a specific focus on Kubernetes Helm charts
• Automate incident detection, triage, and resolution processes to reduce manual workload
• Participate in the on-call rotation for systems owned by the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role
• Deep familiarity with blockchain node infrastructure, including running validator, full, or archive nodes and RPC optimization
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or Golang for building tools, services, or automation
• Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux internals and systems administration
• Strong background in distributed system design and high availability architecture
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring
