Site Reliability Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, provisioning, and maintenance of resilient cloud-native infrastructure.
• Build and evolve internal developer platforms using Go to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot large-scale production Kubernetes clusters (EKS or GKE).
• Implement automated guardrails using Kyverno to ensure cluster security and compliance.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to streamline GitOps delivery.
• Embed AI-assisted engineering practices into daily workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus and Grafana.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Practical experience managing production EKS or GKE clusters.
• Strong proficiency in Go (preferred) or Python for building automation tools and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Mastery of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Helm for packaging and Kyverno for policy enforcement.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in moving toward Kubernetes-native management tools like Crossplane.
• A "FinOps" mindset focused on resource right-sizing and cost efficiency.
• Experience navigating complex distributed systems to solve deep technical bottlenecks.
