Site Reliability Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Optimize applications and cloud infrastructure using automation and AI/ML solutions to improve availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for assigned applications and platforms.
• Design, develop, and implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
• Apply AI/ML solutions to identify operational patterns, reduce toil, and support intelligent automation for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and manage incident resolution.
• Monitor system health using SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to proactively address issues before they impact customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLI/SLO/SLA and error budgets.
• Experience with observability and telemetry tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tooling.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and troubleshooting networking technologies.
• Hands-on experience in system design, resiliency, testing, and disaster recovery.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years in an SRE or production support role specifically with AWS Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Professional AWS and Databricks certifications.
