Site Reliability Engineer (ETS)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and monitor fast, efficient, and scalable systems at every layer
• Analyze complex datasets to identify infrastructure, database, and code bottlenecks
• Partner with engineering teams to drive measurable performance improvements
• Automate validation processes and visualize key metrics to translate insights into actionable outcomes

Requirements

• BS in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
• 4+ years of experience in ITIL incident and problem management
• Experience monitoring distributed systems using log analysis tools like Splunk
• Hands-on knowledge of Java programming and REST APIs for debugging and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Perl, or Ruby for developing observability and ETL tools
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of database principles and distributed storage solutions (e.g., Oracle, Cassandra, SOLR, Kafka)
• Strong command of Linux and networking concepts including TLS/SSL, DNS, and Load Balancers
• Experience with container management and microservices architectures using Docker in cloud or on-premises environments
