Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 first line support of trading, testing, and research environments
• Define and automate observability around application SLAs and build anomaly detectors
• Oversee and maintain the test trading environment and automate routine interventions
• Standardize CI/CD and operational processes to reduce friction and speed up delivery
• Perform stress tests and verify SLAs under load
• Collaborate with traders, engineers, system administrators, and networking teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical background
• 3-10+ years of hands-on software development or SRE experience
• Demonstrated experience with observability tools including logging, metrics, and tracing
• Hands-on development experience in Bash, Python, or Ruby
• Deep knowledge of network communications, Linux TCP-IP stack, and multicast networking
• Solid diagnostic capabilities from application layer to low-level hardware
• Experience with network capture and time synchronization
• Positive AI mentality and experience with AI agents to accelerate SRE tasks
