About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate cloud platforms and support various operating systems
  • Maintain virtualization, storage technologies, and Enterprise Application platforms
  • Support automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives
  • Ensure data protection, backup, and recovery processes are robust
  • Monitor systems for performance, reliability, and observability
  • Support SAP Basis and non-SAP systems
  • Assist with operational support tasks and participate in infrastructure projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronic, Software, Systems, Computing), Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an Infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering role applying DevOps principles
  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience managing Windows environments on physical and virtual infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with Linux administration (installation, configuration, and administration)
  • Understanding of network core concepts such as proxies, VLANs, firewalls, and IP addressing
  • Experience with REST API best practices and backend service administration
