Site Quality System Professional

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Engineering functions for the Technical Center to ensure quality products are launched from development to production.
• Supervise and develop direct reports, including managing objective setting and performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement quality systems, procedures, and documentation to maintain the Quality Management System.
• Lead INPro program development, including quality documentation, gate reviews, and dashboard management.
• Act as a management and customer representative to ensure customer requirements are addressed and promoted throughout the organization.
• Plan and execute internal audits, including process, product, and layered process audits.
• Manage process quality by ensuring laboratory equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve non-conformities and close 8-D reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technical, or Business field.
• Five years of experience in SQA or Quality Engineering.
• Proven management and technical experience.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with quality standards and practices (e.g., ISO/TS-16949).
