Site Quality Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALS Quality Management System
• Conduct internal audits, spot checks, and follow-up on action items
• Review and amend SOPs and authorize the issue of documents
• Perform thorough reviews of validation protocols and reports
• Coordinate and document investigations for non-conforming work and complaints
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and conduct effectiveness checks
• Oversee the proficiency testing program and manage equipment calibration schedules
• Deliver staff training on updated procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in a Science-related field
• Demonstrated experience in auditing and method validation
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients
• High computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to meet strict deadlines
